Install the linkshrink.pro bookmarklet to shorten any webpage with a single click from your browser toolbar.

Drag this button to your bookmarks bar, or activate it to copy the bookmarklet code:

How to Install

  1. 1.Make sure your bookmarks bar is visible in your browser (usually Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + B)
  2. 2.Click and drag the button above to your bookmarks bar
  3. 3.The bookmarklet is now installed and ready to use!

Keyboard Installation

  1. 1. Activate “Copy code” above, or focus the code field and press Ctrl+C or Cmd+C.
  2. 2. Open your browser's bookmark manager and create a new bookmark.
  3. 3. Name it “Shorten with linkshrink.pro” and paste the copied code into its URL or Location field.
  4. 4. Save the bookmark, then activate it from any webpage you want to shorten.

Browser-Specific Instructions

Chrome

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+B (Cmd+Shift+B on Mac)
  2. Drag the button to the bookmarks bar

Firefox

  1. Right-click the bookmarks toolbar
  2. Select "New Bookmark"
  3. Paste the code into the location field

Safari

  1. Show the bookmarks bar (Cmd+Shift+B)
  2. Drag the button to the bookmarks bar

How to Use

  1. 1.Navigate to any webpage you want to shorten
  2. 2.Click the "Shorten with linkshrink.pro" bookmarklet in your bookmarks bar
  3. 3.A popup will open with the URL shortening form pre-filled with the current page URL
  4. 4.Click "Shorten URL" and your link will be ready to share!

Privacy & Security

The bookmarklet only accesses the current page URL and title. It does not collect any other information from the webpage.

All data is sent securely to linkshrink.pro using HTTPS encryption.
